      Hi, Wild About Mary Blair!  Do you offer Refunds?

      Because we are a boutique company and only produce items in limited amounts, we cannot offer refunds.  But don’t worry, we do offer store credit for returns! If you want to return something, here’s what you need to do:

      • Please contact us at and please explain your reason for return.  Or you can contact us through our Help Page
      • We reserve the right to refuse any returns within the original 30 day purchase date.
      • Your return will need to meet the return criteria to be accepted.
      • A W.A.M.B. representative will issue you a Return Form that must be filled out completely and placed in your package with the returned item(s)
      • Please reference your original order # as well as your tracking #.
      • Upon receiving your store credit, you can use it across our site, excluding any promotional sale/final sale items.
      • Shipping costs on original sale will not be applied towards credit.
      • W.A.M.B. will also not be responsible for shipping costs for return packages. Returns are Customer’s responsibility.
      • Item(s) must be returned in original condition. Any item(s) that have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted. All item(s) must have original tags attached and no smoke, perfume or night out on the town if you’re not gonna keep it!
      • Store credit amount will never expire.
      • Store credit amount will not be reconsidered for any additional shipping promotions or discounts. We do not honor price adjustments
      • Any items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned
      • Please ship with tracking.

      If I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?

      W.A.M.B. wants to be sure you have the fit that you want and we know that everyone’s shape is unique (no cookie-cutter here) so what you might wear for one brand might not work for us. So please be mindful of our size guide when ordering. The same rules apply to a size exchange as to a return.

      I’m excited, but did I ‘hear’ you correctly? Store credit is always valid?

      • If you didn’t take that night out on the town with your W.A.M.B. item, then these items are accepted within 14 days of the date of delivery.
      • You will need to provide your RA# from W.A.M.B. Without an RA# return shipments or credits will be rejected. Items will be returned at customer’s cost.
      • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
      • It could take a few days to show the refund on your statement.

      I’ve followed all the criteria, where do I send my return?

      • Please follow the address on the RETURN FORM that we will issue to you.

      What items does W.A.M.B. not offer store credit on?

      • Any sale items, Final sale or orders placed using a discount code are not valid for store credit.

      When will I receive my store credit?

      • Returns are processed within 10-14 business days of W.A.M.B. receiving your item(s), upon which you will receive an email with your unique code.
